They treat you like a family member, they make you feel really comfortable and they are constantly checking on you while the work is going on, I never really got that in the US. I am very please I would recommend this office to anyone that needs any type of dental work. They'll make you feel confortable, and when you leave your smile will be prettier than it was when you came in.

My name is Sandy Strength and my husban Ron and I are from Orange County, California and we moved to Puerto Vallarta permanently in December 2018. For many reasons, we were not able to take care of our teeth properly over the last several years, mostly because of the ridiculous cost of dental work in the United States and inadequate dental insurence programs.
We were referred to the PV International Dental Office by a wonderful expat woman we met here, we are so glad she gave us their bussiness card. My husband and i met Dr. Hernandez to figure out a plan to fix our teeth and find out what the cost would be. My plan includes one implant, several crowns and a couple of shared crowns.
I needed to have 9 teeth extracted and that was not an easy job because my teeth were worn down very badly and some had infections. Dr Yoalli is the one who did the extractions ans she was amazing. No pain, just pressure was felt during the work. She was asking how I felt and was very concerned that I feel no pain and remained confortable.
Overall, my experience with Dr. Yoalli was very wonderful. She is so caring and always has a very positive attitude and we have become more like friends or family instead of Dr. and patient.
I would recommend her and Dr. Hernandez for any dental work and I know that they have many patients from the US and Canada who come to Puerto Vallarta specially to have her do their dental work.

Yoalli was the first true Holistic Dentist I was able to find in Puerto Vallarta. She helped me to remove all of the metal in my mouth, and replaced with completely natural biological material. It’s rare to see me smiling with my teeth in photos (unless I’m SO happy that I can’t hold back… ).
Why? I had health complications as a child which resulted in visible dental issues. My smile was a reminder of a very tough upbringing and extreme physical discomfort in my youth. Getting comfortable with my smile has been a process! I haven’t ever considered seeing a dentist to change anything because I do not agree with most modern dental practices and feel disheartened by the entire dental industry in the U.S. — not to mention the pharmaceutical industry, our “health care,” the education system… I won’t go too deep into this rabbit hole.
Today… I changed my mind! My soul brother (who I trust with my life) @kyle.coursey introduced me to the dentist I’ve been looking for — for a very, very long time!

I have been looking for the right holistic dentist to work on my mouth and teeth for a long time. I spent time before during and after talking with her about her approach and her understanding of the mouth and the ways in which she does things as well as the why. Then felt her out as a human being. A big part of letting someone do anything to you is trust. She earned mine through her kindness and integrity and her work reflects this. She is honest and chooses not to jeopardize hers in every situation. After all this I decided let Dr Yoalli. Work on my mouth. I have wanted to fix the aesthetics of my teeth since I was young. And have constantly smiled with a closed mouth my whole life because of this. Now I smile big with my mouth open and love the way it looks. She created a beautiful natural looking smile using bioidentical materials which is extremely important to me because I wouldn't want to improve my looks only to deteriorate my health. With her I didn't have to compromise and she stands by her work. She has a gentle caring touch and is amazing at what she does. I brought all my Friends to her and even the ones who have been traumatized by dentist and extreme fear loved her. She will be the person I recommend to everyone no matter where I am in the world.
